Thank you for choosing Human Collective. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! 

We offer exchange/ returns within 14 days of purchase but we will extend this to 30 days during the Christmas period. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment amount.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase (no longer than 30 days), you will not be offered a refund but can avail of store credit for future purchase.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS

All exchange/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All exchanged/returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.

To exchange /return an item, please email customer service at info@wearehumancollective.com with your digital receipt (order number).

Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange/ return shipping charges. 

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your exchange/return

Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. 

Once your exchange/return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged/returned item.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return and 3 days for exchange. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your institution.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Bottles/ Flasks
  • Beanies 
  • Clothing with visible signs of wear or use or without their original tags
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned but can be exchanged (within 14 days with purchase receipt) for a product of equal value
  • Clothing purchased as part of a bundle / gift box can be exchanged only within different colour / sizing of the purchased item
