Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, accepting and using your Human Collective E-Gift Card (“Gift Card”), You are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of merchandise made by you using the Gift Card, these are available on our Terms and Conditions page.
All references in these Terms & Conditions to “Human Collective”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions are to Human Collective Limited, registered business number 692664. Gift Cards are issued and operated by Human Collective. We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Gift Card scheme; (b) decline to issue Gift Cards; and (c) withdraw or cancel Gift Cards for reasons including but are not limited to (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or
attempted use of a Gift Card in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions, or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of fraud or tampering of a Gift Card; (d) terminate the Gift Card.

Gift Cards are delivered via email to the address you supply to us immediately after purchase or on (or as near as possible to) a scheduled date if specified by You. Gift Cards are a digital product. Human Collective does not offer physical Gift Cards. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase other Gift Card(s).
Discounts cannot be redeemed against a purchase of a Gift Card. All Gift Card purchases must be paid in full using a Credit Card or any other available payment method (PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay).

We are unable to process orders with multiple Gift Card recipients. Please place a separate order for each recipient.
You may cancel the purchase of the Gift Card within 14 days provided that You or the recipient of the Gift Card has not used any part of the Gift Card to make a purchase (even if that purchase is cancelled).

Gift Cards are only redeemable against Human Collective merchandise online
at www.wearehumancollective.com. Items purchased via Gift Card will be refunded back to the original Gift Card. Items purchased via Gift Card and another form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay) will be refunded back to the original Gift Card first. The remaining refund balance (if any) will be refunded to the other payment method. We want You to enjoy using Your Gift Card so please note that Gift Cards expire after 12 months and any unused balance on them cannot be refunded. Gift Cards are calculated and issued in EUR. When checking out in GBP or USD, Gift Cards will be automatically converted to EUR for the Gift Card recipient. Gift Cards can be purchased alongside other merchandise
on www.wearehumancollective.com but are not counted towards the free shipping minimum spend. Standard shipping fees will apply to products ordered using Gift Cards but credit on a Gift Card can be used to pay for that shipping.
Gift Card orders are not subject to additional processing or shipping fees when purchased on their own.
