Delivery information

We aim for all orders within the Republic of Ireland to be delivered within 3 working days. Please make allowances for Bank Holidays and extremely busy times of the year, e.g. Christmas.

Postage is a flat rate of €7 for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. 

See below for international shipping rates. Please note, any orders sent to customers in the United Kingdom may incur the local relevant import duties, VAT and fees resulting from Brexit which may be collected when your package/s are delivered by the carrier.

Please note, if returning or exchanging a garment from the UK, you may be charged an extra fee so we encourage you to check with your delivery company.

Additional Terms – Shipping & Customs
1. Shipping to the United Kingdom
Human Collective will arrange shipment of your order to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Customs Duties & Import Charges
Orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, including to the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Human Collective has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or delays resulting from customs clearance.
3. Parcel Tracking
Human Collective will provide a shipment confirmation email containing the relevant tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided and to respond promptly to any requests from the courier or customs authorities.
Human Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels or additional charges resulting from a customer's failure to monitor tracking information, pay applicable customs charges or provide requested information to the courier.
4. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to Human Collective due to an incorrect delivery address, refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to respond to the courier, Human Collective reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges and administration fees from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
Any re-shipment of a returned order will be at the customer's expense.
